IOS 17.1.2 - After update, the Picture of contact is missing during phone call (Re-post from 12/4/2023)

I did not get any responses, so I am trying this in another area...

IOS 17.1.2 - After the IOS update, the Picture of contact is missing during phone call. All I get now is a solid-color screen. I cannot see the phone text very well without my glasses, the picture let me know who was calling.

XR iOS 17 full screen caller photos on lock screen I’m legally blind. I rely on photos of my contacts to show on full screen even when my XR phone is locked. Now it seems that functionality is no longer available on iOS 17. I can’t see who is calling when presented with the tiny circle photo. If I’m wrong please help me find out how to reset that feature. FYI, I have many contacts but no longer have the original photos used. I know updates are necessary but significant changes make it difficult for visually impaired people. I memorize much of the steps required to navigate the functionality of each feature. The contact photo/poster feature is complicated and complex given my disability. I hope the solution is an easy one.

Phone calls My phone won’t display the contact picture full screen when receiving phone calls. It shows a blurred picture of my background and the contact photo is in the top left corner next to the name. I’ve gone through my settings and tried trouble shooting via google and haven’t had any luck. Anyone able to help?
