Can’t update my iPad Air model a 1474. Anyone know what to do ?.

Model A1474, the original iPad Air released by Apple over ten years ago, cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.5.X.

The A1474 (first generation iPad Air) can be updated to iOS 12.5.7, no further. If this not the issue, please post back with further details.
