One DisplayPort and two HDMI 2.1 inputs..
Mac Studio M1 is limited to 4K HDMI 2.0 output, capable of 4K at up to 60 Hz, only.
Mac Studio (M2 or better) has HDMI 2.1 direct output which can run up to an 8K display.
You can also adapt a ThunderBolt port (Studio Max Rear ports only) to DisplayPort, and run that display withour issue.
This all depends on your using cables with absolutely top specs and appropriately SHORT.

yes, that will work fine, and the same with either year's model.
The USB-C cable section of a cable/adapter, from computer to the adapter-part, should be ONE meter or shorter.

does that work on both m1 ultra from 2022 and M2 Max from 2023 ? I got both of those Mac Studio models from each year !
will it get 120–144hz at 4K ? The Samsung does handle up to 144hz refresh rate !
