Apple Watch Ultra 2 not connecting to gym equipment properly

Hello, I’ve bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 some weeks ago, I’m at a gym with star trac equipment that supports Apple Watch. The first time my watch connected perfectly and showed HR and many data from the equipment and into the watch. After updating to WatchOS 10.2 the watch connects to the equipment but HR doesn’t show and the watch is unresponsive to data sent from the equipment, it’s like it isn’t connected, I don’t know if it’s the update or something else going on.
