How to unsubscribe on iPhone from Spam emails?

So I was just checking in my emails as normal, and I have always been aware of spam and scam email. But this time, I was very tired and accidentally clicked the unsubscribe button from the Mail app, not the unsubscribe link from the email scam/spam, the one from the actual Mail app, and attempted to unsubscribe an email that was in fact spam. Then, Apple sent an email to the spammer requesting that they would stop sending emails to me. Is it possible that I have virus on my Iphone now? Is my account and email safe? I am worried about spywares and things like that. My baterry usage its normal and my IOS is up to date. I am reaally worried about this. I have 2FA in all my accounts and even passwordless in some of them. I am just worried about this mistake and since i have a lot of authentication apps in this iphone, I dont want to do a full factory reset and lose everything. Sorry for the bad english btw

It is spam. Ignore it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected** with Viruses / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken

**The primary reason for this is Sandboxing. All third-party apps are “sandboxed”, so they are restricted from accessing files stored by other apps or from making changes to the device. Sandboxing is designed to prevent apps from gathering or modifying information stored by other apps.

Security of runtime process in iOS and iPadOS - Apple Support

The sandbox on an iPhone is a security feature that creates a restricted environment for each app to run in isolation from other apps and the operating system. It is a core component of iOS's security architecture and plays a crucial role in making iPhones more secure.

I don't think Apple sends any emails to anyone regarding spam emails.

It could be Phishing

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other (Refer to the pic )below

Remove your email account and set it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.

If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ...

  1. Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  2. If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
    1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
    2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
