In my spam it said you are hacked

That same spam email has been posted many times here. It has been dubbed the "Hello Pervert" scam and is likely word for word of all the others. You have been given the correct advice to delete and move on with your day. You have nothing to worry about.

Sounds like a sextortion "phishing" scam or something similar.

It’s a scam designed to scare you into buying useless software or extort money from you.
