Adding Gift Card to Wallet

When I try to add my One4all gift card to my apple wallet, it keeps telling me that Apple Pay is not available in my region. This is false because I am in the Republic of Ireland and I have my Revolut on the wallet

I am not able to add another card to Apple Pay. Says the region is wtong I am in my bank trying to add my new credit card to digital wallet, and when I go through the Apple Pay, it tells me I cannot add the card because the region is wrong

What region is your iPhone set to?

Confirm your region is set correctly.

Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support

Does the gift card have a Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc. logo on it? What bank issued the gift card?
