How do I check for malware on my iPhone and remove it if I have it?

No, your phone does not have a virus. There aren't any that affect iPhones (unless they have been jailbroken).
It is possible that you have linked Focus to your home screen, which can cause the screen to change based on when the Focus is in effect. If you're sharing Focus across devices, it could happen on both the iPhone and the iPad.
