I have the iPhone 15 pro Max, when sending to a iPhone 14 Pro Max it comes out blurry?

Check in the settings app and scroll down to messages and at the bottom see if "Low Quality Image Mode" is on.

This is my problem also. It is very upsetting as my I phone 12 never had this problem. What can be done to fix this?
