HomePod
Is there a sound delay with the Apple HomePod or is in sync with my other sound system. I want to buy 1 for my kitchen.

It somewhat depends on the activity and the details of your other system but there is some lag in the AirPlay 2 protocol. When using Apple TV for example the software will synchronize the audio with the visuals, but third party software, such as YouTube in a browser, can't do the same. HomePod is also not suitable for music production. Great for playback though. HomePod is not a generic Bluetooth speaker, it works with Apple hardware, and for best results requires an Apple Music subscription.
