How can I manually update safari to Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12)?

Since the last full OS update safari is not working with some of the websites I use on a daily basis. After contacting the web hosting for these sites it appears to be safari. I have tried to get support thru chat and phone and email but no one seems to understand the issue. The last resort will be to go to the Genius Bar and hopefully they can fix it by reinstalling either just safari or OS. I didn't back up before the update since everything I have is on iCloud.

macOS 14.2.1 includes Safari Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12)

Apple menu > System Settings > General > Software Update should update your MacBook Pro to those versions.
