I canceled a subscription but it continues to try and charge me over 7 dollars

I canceled the polish editing app before the renewal but it’s continuing to try and pull off money. I can’t even use my card to get in my apple play store

You must cancel a subscription (deleting an app does NOT cancel the subscription) at least 24 hours before it renews. The only way you will be able to use the app store again is allow the transaction to pay for the subscription. You can then request a refund.
