I have successfully loaded a Quicktime video to iTunes on my M1 MBP. I want the video to synch to my other devices such as my iPhone 15. I made sure that iTunes Settings>General has 'Synch Library' checked. I have a 2TB iCloud storage subscription.

Videos would be imported to the iTunes library as home video (when not tagged, or when tagged as home video), or else as movie, tv show, or music video.
(Home) videos can be synced (copied/transferred) to mobile devices from the iTunes application. They would end up in the TV app on mobile. You may sync everything that is set ☑ to sync, or sync individual files manually. Syncing this way doesn't rely on iCloud (instead USB or Wi-Fi).
(Home) videos that you want in iCould, should be imported into the Photos app, not the iTunes library, or else the iCloud Drive, for the Files app on mobile.
added QT video to itunes songs however its not synching to iPhone 15 itunes- what do i need to do? iTunes Synch Library is checked. Thanks
