how do you reinstate my quickbooks ?

my subscription was canceled and I would like to reinstate it. I spoke to QuickBooks and they said it was because I went True Apple.

Cancelled subscriptions, unable to remove payment method As subject says, I have cancelled all of my subscriptions. Some have not expired but they are not scheduled to renew. I do not wish to renew them at this time. They all say expiring. I do not want any automatic payments. not sure what "went true apple" means maybe apart from if you got yourself a mac with and m1/m2/m3 cpu and QuickBooks does not support that platform, if it was me then I would try to get quickbooks to elaborate
