Export iBooks to PDF/local files?

Is there a way to mass export iBooks back to the PDFs into a directory? I use windows enough now that I want direct access to the original PDFs.

Trying to drag and drop 3k files doesn't work. Surprisingly even doing them it small sets like 10 to 20 doesn't always work.
