My iPhone has a double image and is shaking. It’s like that even in apps.

I have shut it down and it is not on zoom. No damage, it starferd suddenly while I was reading in kindle

First try a forced restart.


• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.


Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (IN)


If that doesn't fix it, it may need repair. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
