How long will I be banned from receiving verification codes for

I was trying to set up a payment method for this app subscription I was getting. Well in the process of trying to trouble shoot how to change it, a lot of verification codes were sent to my mom. I didn’t really realize what was happening. Today we started talking about it and working out stuff so I can start the subscription. In order to switch payment methods I need a verification code and It now says something to the same effect of this phone number is unable to request verification codes because of how many have been requested. Please wait a while and try again. How long will I have to wait until I can request another one?
