never mind I was just stupid, they'll send an email with the password to a pdf, if it hasn't come after a week just flag it with the online chat, my guy sorted it out quickly I just didn't realise the second one titled Apple Distribution International Limited Apple License Agreement had the download codes in them at the bottom, which you just redeem in the App Store. Hopefully it gets sorted for you!

Yeah so it arrived around 3 days after I called up online support, it appears to be a pretty common issue so I assume they’re getting better at resolving it. Be sure to check your spam and what not, but otherwise just call them up and ask them to take you through any possible steps as I’m sure support will have more info than us. Hope it gets sorted :)

Yeah it's not ideal, I'm on two weeks today now. I mean it's a download surely it shouldn't be too hard to resolve, but I've been in both the Apple Store who just told me to call online cause they couldn't do anything. Glad it's not only me struggling.

I hear you, and your frustration is absolutely justified. Alas, none of us fellow users have the power to fix it... I hope it gets resolved sooner rather than later.
