Final Cut Pro X A/V Output None Found

I have both a Decklink Mini Monitor 4K and then tried an Aja T Tap Pro on my M3 Max MacBook Pro. Both devices are configured properly and work perfect in Resolve and Premier Pro. But in. Final Cut Pro X I get None found for A/V Output and I really want to get this relived. I had the Decklink but someone said it was not supported on Apple Silicon, so I got the Aja and it’s doing the same thing. The Aja was a pain to configure but it’s working great in resolve and PP. Am I missing something in FCPX it looks like this may be an issue just have no idea how to resolve. Any help would be great.

It will work but you have to enable legacy support.

I have this same issue with my BM UltraStudio 3G. Desktop Video Setup sees the box, but it's greyed out in FCPX. I completed the instructions to restore legacy video device support, which seemed to work, but FCPX still doesn't give me A/V Output option. Any suggestions? Looking at several board postings around, it seemed to have worked for others.
