remote apple hotspot

I have iPhone 12 and an iPad 9th generation on same Apple ID. Before I was setup my iPad I’m controlled my iPhone hotspot with my iPad without touching my iPhone and also when I open my iPad Wi-Fi there showing my network my iPhone but later I’m mistakenly forgot my iPhone on iPad Wi-Fi settings and then now first I open my iPhone and the enable my hotspot then connect to iPad please help.
