Every month i get new charged and i havent purchased anything sin way before november. 01/12/2024

It is a scam. Do not call that number and do not give them any information. Contact your bank or card issuer about fraudulent charges.

if it was me then I would read

If you don't recognize a charge - Apple Support

and maybe

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Hello~ Contact your banking institution and/or credit card company as this is a potential scam. The charges are pending but still you need to check as your information may have been breached and now in the hands of fraudulent users.
