I see unknown charges from 'apple.com/bill' on my billing statement

why is apple charging me for no reason? it take 20 dollars

I don’t think Apple is spending your money, but instead you are being charged for a subscription or purchase of yours through Apple.

There are a couple of ways that would happen:

  • You started a Free Trial and did not cancel it before the trial period ended
  • A Family Organizer using Purchase Sharing pays for all family member purchases
  • Someone else knows your Password/Passcode and is making those charges. If your Apple ID is being used on another device, those charges will appear on yours as well.

  • View/Cancel Subscriptions
