Anker 30w fast charging kit
Just got iphone15 and saw an Anker fast charging kit at Costco and am wondering if it will be safe to use? I don’t see made for Apple on the box

As long as it doesn’t say it is specifically for Samsung (which has a non-standard fast charge feature) you should be OK. Look for a specification that says “USB-C/PD” (PD is Power Delivery). That is the standard that Apple supports.
