I have iPhone SE 2022, latest iOS, still missing "ping my watch" function. I have it on my 15 Pro, 13 Pro... But missing on SE 3rd.
Is there a solution?

I actually saw your response, which was removed because you posted about Beta software on the iPhone, which is a violation of the NDA you signed. You need to use the feedback link you have for issues with Beta software and accept that when using Beta software things are likely going to have issues, which is after all the entire point of testing software. As such, we can't actually help you out here.
Each pair devices have own Apple ID (SE 3rd + Watch 9 same Apple ID), 15 Pro + Watch another Apple ID...
But I dont know why I have no function ping my watch on SE 3rd (latest iOS)... Pro have it...
I only wrote iOS version what I am using, nothing else... So I edited reply to "latest iOS". It doesn't solve the issue of why the device is missing the feature...
Because you are using Beta Software we can't help you. You are not using publicly released iOS.
