M2 Mac Studio, 64 Ram, Ventura 13.5.1

Every time I restart my mac, or am forced to restart, I have to rebuild permissions on all external hard drives (all are 7200 256 drives from OWC). Any idea why this is the case? Was not the case with same drives and my old 2017 iMac. Any workaround?

Inability to change permissions on iMac running Big Sur Just installed Big Sur and Time Machine backup on an external SSD drive connected to my mid 2015 iMac via USB 3. Everything seems to be working except that I am having issues with the "you can only read" message when I "get info" on my hard drives. I can physically still save files on my computer's desktop or document folders, but I can't open Dropbox, or run BlackMagic drive speed test, etc. I get the "You do not have permissions to ..." I am aware that Apple has some built in protections to prevent people from doing damage to their systems, but I do not believe that I am getting near that "line" in simply trying to open Dropbox or running a speed test on my drives. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

READ & WRITE PERMISSION MAC MNI PRO 2023 I Recently brought Mac mini pro 2023, I can't modify permission in Macintosh HD (read and write), I am the admin but why I can't access it , even paste and delete options denied , I try to change read and write for every one and the pop up appears ( you don't have the necessary permission), pls give solution to this..

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.6.3
