Why I cannot block “unknown caller”?

How come apple doesn’t give me the option to block “ unknown caller “?

does anyone want to receive an “unknown caller “ call?

Blocking calls from suppressed caller IDs or foreign numbers. Is there a way to block unknown foreign numbers on the iphone or at least block calls with suppressed caller ID? I'm getting regular scam calls both from foreign numbers and suppressed caller IDs.

Go to Settings/Phone and turn on Silence Unknown Callers. This will send all calls from numbers not in your contacts to voicemail.
