Is there a way to block unknown foreign numbers on the iphone or at least block calls with suppressed caller ID? I'm getting regular scam calls both from foreign numbers and suppressed caller IDs.

Unfortunately this setting doesn't help.
I've had it active until recently, believing that it would only block suppressed callers. I deactivated it today after realizing that it also blocks every other number I haven't saved in my contacts.
This lead me to miss several calls from potential clients whose numbers I hadn't saved yet.
It is very uncommon to get scam calls from my own area or country code so this should be the deciding factor on whether to block a call.
