'Block Caller' option missing on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max

Hi all…I have a brand new IPhone 17 Pro Max and I am trying to block a spam number from my recent calls list. When I tap the info button next to the number I want to block, there is no block caller option. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
