If No Internet but want to use Pages, Numbers and Keynote on MacOS High Sierra?

There is no requirement to use thee internet with those Apps. Simply open the app soon your device.

Open your computer's Applications folder and you should find those apps there. They should have been installed with the computer's operating system. You can drag each icon down to the Dock to have them there for easy access.
