If you never installed Pages or Numbers since Fall 2013, or your Mac came with those applications pre-installed and you deleted them, then there is no means to get Pages, Numbers, or Keynote for your older operating system. Apple simply does not provide a user download site for past full installers of these applications.
However, if you had previously installed these applications since Fall 2013, then you may be able to download the compatible version 13.1 of Pages and Numbers for macOS Monterey 12.7.n.
- Launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the identical Apple ID used to install these applications in the past.
- Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the past purchase panel.
- If Pages and Numbers appear there with an apparent download symbol, then click that
- Do not click Cancel on any dialog, and you will be asked if you want to install the last compatible version of the application for macOS Monterey. Agree to that.
