Can’t update to ios 17 on a iPhone X

I just bought an

apple watch SE and need to update to iOS 17 but phone’s not giving me the option

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Unfortunately, the iPhone X can only be updated to iOS version 16 and nothing further. You will need a newer model iPhone to install iOS 17.
