First see if your iPhone is compatible with iOS 17:


You'll need to have an iPhone XR/XS or newer for iOS 17.


If you don;t have that iPhone version your iPhone is too old and is not capable of running iOS 17.


If you have a newer iPhone , please go to settings>general>software update and make sure that low power mode is turned off and that your device is connected to a wifi network
