Apple deactivated my account and won't reactivate it or refund me
I have an apple account i use solely for apple music. Two days ago out of the blue when i opened the app it asked me to log-in. When it failed a few times i tried to login on my PC incase i had forgotten my password but was met with the error "This apple id is not active". I proceeded to call apple support and was told they would reactivate it and it would take up to 24 hours. The following day i recieved an eamil stating that my request does not meet the conditions to reactivate my apple id.
So i called apple support again. They said they would look into it and reactivate my account, before then hanging up on me after 18 minutes. Once more i called apple support and was this time informed they could not reactivate my apple account, meaning my apple music playlists, library etc was lost. As I had already paid for this months apple music subscription i asked that at the very least they refund me, as currently they have just taken my money before locking my account. I was told this could not happen.
So not only won't they reacctivate my apple id for my apple music, but they wont refund me for the subscription either.
This situation is ridicoulous. I have been using apple music with that account for well over 6 years now.
Is there anything else that can be done?????
For anyone wondering, the account i am using to post from is the account i use for my ipad, completely seperate from my apple music account i use for my non-apple phone.
