Is anyone else having trouble getting credit card exp date and CVV to save on Apple Account??

I am having issues updating my payment information on my Apple ID just want to update flocking credit card exp date and security code ? so I can continue to give Apple money every month. can you make it any more difficult ? card number stays the same so I can't simply add the card again with the new exp date and security code because Apple says "payment method already exists" Clicked have notifications sent to iPhone and Mac in order to supposedly see and edit all card information. notification never shows up on Mac. shows up on phone but when I touch the notification it goes nowhere. just disappears. I cannot update the credit card on my Apple ID because the credit card expire already so i try to key in the new expires date cannot so i delete of and re-enter all the credit card numbers and expire date .the system ask me ask support from your side [Re-Titled by Moderator]
