And now there is a blue vertical line, 1 pixel broad, exactly down the middle of the screen. The part of the screen i dropped my mac on, also now cant do as dark pixels as the rest of the screen. Plz help me out!

There is no fix for this but a trip to a service tech, unfortunately.
I believe you'll be spending $ on a new screen if you don't have AppleCare+.

you can connect an external display for Fine work, and try to ignore the vertical line for as long as you can tolerate it.
