I'm setting up my daughter's new iPad - when I attempt to set it up for her (she's under 12), at my login screen it's looping between the username/password and two factor authentication. I enter the username and password, get a code on my phone, enter it, and to takes me back to username/password. It's related 10 times, any ideas?
Of course, you are setting up a separate Apple ID for your daughter, right?

This is for when first setting up an iPad and it asks if you are creating the account for yourself or child.
