Someone is putting stuff into my iPhone remotely and all I know is it’s from a place called github

No, they aren’t. That’s not possible.
I’ve had the same exact problem, I’ll go to my settings on my iPhone and see that my family sharing is active and after I dig a bit it always takes me to GitHub and all this coding **** I have no idea what any of it means
Yes apparently a lot is possible with GITHUB
