Phones charge while connected to computer but it won't charge with the wall charger.

So my phone (iphone 13 pro) and my son's phone (iphone se) will charge when they are plugged into my computer but when I connect them to the wall charger it doesn't work. I bought a brand new charging block and it still will not charge. The old charging block worked earlier today and then stopped working, which is why I assumed the block went bad and bought a new one. I tested out all of the cords as well and they all work when plugged into my computer. The wall charger will also still charge my air pods and apple watch but not my phones. I even updated our phones to see if that would fix the issue and no luck. I've tried several different outlets and its still not working. I've tested out all the outlets and they work with all of my other devices. Please help.
