Cigar emoji request

This question was asked in February 2021 and the response from Apple was that Emoji; specifically CIGAR emoji are controlled by a "Unicode Consortium". No one asked how do we reach them so that the MILLIONS and I repeat MILLIONS of Cigar aficionados can let them know we want several different cigar emojis made available. GIVE US the contact information and we will let them know.
