Any other symptoms? It is very unlikely that your phone has a virus.

Restart your phone
Check your storage: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Connection issues:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Suggestions for Wi-Fi issues
