I recently purchased an apple books book but i can't use the right book

When i purchased my first book i can't purchase anymore books like the value book story or toy story of terror which appears with the error message saying unable to purchase which does not allow me to add more books to my library and tried refreshing the inside of the app code data but that does not help i cannot purchase anymore books! And i only purchased one book! please find any ideas now!

Or cannot download small fry read along toy story toons
