Tiny font size in emails I send

I have the font style/size set at Arial 14pt in Outlook for Mac program. When write a new email or reply to an email message, the font is tiny. Even my signature at the bottom is unreadable.

This happened suddenly when I was in the middle of replying to an email. I think I bumped a key or two on the top left of my keyboard. I have restarted Outlook and tried to alter zoom but to luck. Please help :-)
