How can I update my iPad using internet from a hotspot?
I can't update my ipad within the wifi please allow my ipad to updated by hotspot internet

We are just other Apple users here and cannot facilitate any exceptions to Apple's rules. A hot spot is still a cellular connection. Apple does not allow that. This discussion may be helpful. It offers other options you may be able to use.

Perhaps a family member can take your iPad to their home if they have WiFi. Or take it somewhere that offers free WiFi?
