Updating iPhone 14

Apple support pages show me that I need WiFi-connection to update iPhone 14 to the newest version of iOS. Is it possible that I update via mobile broad band (4G, 5G) of the same iPhone 14? In the future I use only iPhones hotspot in all my devices internet usage. It is quite absurd that I must have two internet connections for that iOS update.
