locked Wifi Networks

I have known locked networks connected to my Wi-Fi that I do not know how they got there nor do I have access to them. How do I delete them from my Wi-Fi when they are in the locked Wi-Fi how do I unlock them and how do I remove them from my iPhone 14+

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 17

Are you seeing them under Settings ➡️ Wi-Fi ? If YES, then these are the Wi-Fi Networks near you and are available to connect if you want to. The Wi-Fi Networks that show the lock symbol are the Networks that are locked and require a password to log in. You cannot delete these Wi-Fi Networks and cannot stop them from being displayed in the list of available Wi-Fi Networks near you.
