Shortcuts for first time Mac users!

Does anyone have some sort of list with any and every keyboard shortcut for MacBooks? Or know where I could possibly find a version I can download? I am a first time MacBook user, after being a windows user for the past 15-20 years. I would consider myself to be pretty tech savvy, so i would love a list of shorts! Constantly having to google them is getting tedious. I am also efficient in excel and use it in 75% my daily work tasks, so I love knowing all the smarter ways to navigate the keyboard.
