Apple Business Manager - Forgot Password
Hi,
I encountered this message when a user in my ABM directory wanted to reset his password: Need to reset your password? Contact your organization’s administrator or manager and ask them to reset the password for your Managed Apple ID.
I've logged in as administrator of the ABM and I do not see any options to reset password. All I see is Reset Shared iPad Passcode. What should I do?
