Your Pages application is too old and incompatible for use with macOS Catalina. If you are referring to Pages '08/'09, it is a 32-bit application and is not supported on Catalina which now requires 64-bit only applications. Any earlier Pages documents will be compatible with Pages v11.1 for Catalina.

If you are not referring to Pages '08/'09 and installed Pages v5 or later from the Mac App Store, you may be able to get Pages v11.1 for Catalina. You would launch the Mac App Store, sign in with the same Apple ID that you used previously to install Pages, and then press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases page. On it, you should see Pages and an update/install indication that you click. You may receive one or more dialogs that you do not cancel, and the last one will ask if you want to install the last compatible version of Pages for macOS Catalina, which you click OK.
