2nd Generation 4K Apple TV worked with some apps but not with others. Apple 5v and Netflix worked but Amazon and Disney did not. They had audio but a no video. Prime had a black screen. Disney stated there was a HDMI error.
After rebooting and deleting apps and reinstalling the problem persists. I replaced the cable 2 times. In the end it was an inferior HDMI cable. 4K Tv and 4K Apple TV need a higher end cable to transmit data. Now it works perfect! 4K cable
