How to set up air tag that had already been set up but deleted

Reset an air tag.

my air tags were all set up for items I wanted to keep track of. My devices (computer, iPad pro max, iPad mini, and my iPhone) were all hacked. The devices had to be wiped out. Now I need to set up my air tags in Find My but Find My says to pull tab and put close to iPhone. There is no tab to pull because of the first set up. So now how do I set them up again??
